The Student Connect Team are the university ‘front of house’ team available to help students and staff with a full range of initial enquiries.
This mobile team offer help and  support throughout the day, online and in person, whilst maintaining and  servicing your university library spaces - with visibility at various  locations across our Stoke campuses, Centres of Excellence and remote support   for London
If students, or staff, are unsure who they need or where they need to go Student Connect can help.

Term time
  • Monday - Thursday 0800 – 2000 (1800-2000 remotely)
  • Friday 0800 - 1700
  • Saturday (4 hours) 
Non-term time 
  • Monday - Thursday 0900 - 1700
  • Friday 0900 – 1630
